2008-12-06I constanly dropped this thing or my neice would and it didnt break I finaly upgraded to an mp3 player and gave it away It worked great while I had it never had any trouble
2008-10-03I only used this a few weeks untill I purchased another cheap MP3 player. It does eat batteries pretty quick but it gets the job done. If you want to listen to MP3s, espically podcasts, I would say buy a GPX MP3 player from Kmart. You don't have to burn a MP3 CD you'll only use once, and it takes less batteries.
2008-09-30I purchased this for my son along with a casette adapter, for his vehicle. Within 2 weeks the top to this player will not stay shut, so much for the anti-skip feature, the top won't stay shut! I wish I had purchased this from a local store, so that I could have easily taken it back (without shipping charges)
2008-09-11I got two of these for my kids they work great they are easy for a 7 year old and even thethree year old can change the cd and find his selection on a cd.
the sound was reat for a unit in this price point.
If you are looking for a gift fora child you can't go wrong with this one.
2008-09-09This is a terrible product. When you turn off the CD, you must disconnect the batteries or they run out. To disconnect the batteries, you must use a knife since they don't come out with just fingers. The CD skips at the least jostle (not even running). There is no warning that the batteries are running low. The CD just stops. When you turn the CD off, it will not resume at the same place if it is off for more than a few minutes, but goes back to the beggining. AWFUL.
